Auction Information
Buying
If you wish to bid on any items in the auction you can either:
- Register to bid in person on the auction day;
- Fill in a bidding slip and we will happily bid on your behalf;
- Place a phone bid.
Please be aware that there is a buyers premium of 17.5% + VAT.
Catalogues are available to purchase from the venue on the viewing day for £2.00.
If your bid is successful please make arrangements to collect your goods on the weekend of the sale or within 7 days (by arrangement). If you need us to deliver please speak to a member of staff to organise.
Payment by either cash or cheque.
Selling
If you wish to sell any items in the sale, please contact either David or Helen to discuss further or to arrange a free valuation. If you are familiar with the sale and have sold with us in the past you can fill in a submission form and arrange to bring your items (available to download as a PDF at bottom of the page) and.
It is essential that we have all your details, including up to date contact information.
Please be aware that there is a lot charge of £1.00 per lot and a sellers premium of 17.5% + VAT.
If your item(s) do not sell we will contact you to arrange collection of your items, or we can store and try in a subsequent auction, please be aware that there will be a storage fee for all items held over. Small items (china/glass/sundries/metals) £5.00 + VAT per item per month, and large items (electrical items/furniture/garden tools) £10.00 + VAT per item.
